1. Cancellation Policy
a. Service Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellations must be requested in writing and sent to our official email address: contact@exaful.com
- For ongoing services, cancellation requests should be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
- For project-based services, cancellations are subject to project stage completion. Completed stages are non-refundable
b. Service Cancellation by Exaful:
- Exaful reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, violation of our terms of service, or non-payment. In such cases, refunds will be processed based on the refund policy outlined below.
2. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are provided for services that have not been rendered
b. Refunds are not applicable for:
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
- Custom or highly tailored services such as Consulting, Data & Analytics, or Engineering projects, once initiated
- Situations where delays or issues arise due to the client's failure to provide necessary information or approvals
c. Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Clients are responsible for any transaction fees or deductions incurred during the refund process
3. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your cancellation or refund request, you can contact our customer service team at contact@exaful.com to escalate your concern. We strive to resolve all disputes amicably and promptly.
4. Amendments to Policy
Exaful reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
